They’re designed to be subtle but effective - grounding without overpowering your space (or anyone else’s).

InBetween mists are designed primarily as room and air mists — a few sprays into the space around you is all you need to shift your state. That said, many people also spray directly onto their wrists or skin, and it's completely safe to do so.

One bonus of skin application: the warmth of your skin helps the scent develop and last a little longer than it would in the air. So if you want to carry the scent with you through a meeting or a focused work block, that's a lovely way to use it.

As with any essential oil product, if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we'd recommend avoiding direct skin contact. And we'd suggest keeping it off delicate fabrics like silk just to be safe — but on everyday clothing it's absolutely fine.

Long enough to do its work, then it fades. The goal is presence, not permanence.

That depends on how often you use it. As a guide:

• A 50 ml bottle usually lasts 1–2 months of daily use.
  
• A 30 ml bottle will last a few weeks of regular use.
  

If you use the full 7-scent 30 ml range, it can stretch much longer, since you’ll rotate different blends throughout the day.
