InBetween was conceived by Liz Connoway who is a digital product designer by trade. After recovering from a long period of illness, she found her resilience was low. She tired easily, became anxious quickly, and felt unsettled by small stresses. She needed a form of support that was steady and tangible - something to help her meet the day without being knocked off course.

As a designer Liz approaches problems by understanding them deeply and crafting solutions with care. Creating InBetween was a different expression of that same process. What began as a way to re-centre herself and restore balance became something worth sharing with others facing the pace and pressures of modern work.

Work asks a lot of us: focus, emotional effort, switching gears without pause. Some days flow, others are heavy. In the middle of it all we need small anchors - not to escape work but to meet it differently.

InBetween was made for those moments. To settle yourself after a hard conversation or to arrive more fully before something important. To shake off what lingers and begin the next task clean.

Each scent is blended with this in mind. It's hand-crafted in South Africa, using pure essential oils - no synthetics or preservatives. Our blends are made in small batches with attention to detail and a belief in what genuine support can feel like.
